Position Overview – Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of UDV Architects through compelling design and creative communication. This position is responsible for creating visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing efforts, client presentations, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and experience in graphic design, particularly in architecture, design, or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Branding
- Develop and maintain the visual language and branding of UDV Architects across all media.
- Design brochures, portfolios, presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print use.
Digital Media & Content Creation
- Produce content for the company’s website, social media, and newsletters.
- Support video editing, motion graphics, and simple animations when needed.
- Optimize visuals for digital platforms, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality output.
Collaboration & Creative Support
- Work closely with architects, project managers, and the marketing team to translate concepts into visual formats.
- Provide design support for competitions, exhibitions, and client deliverables.
- Ensure all designs align with the studio’s vision and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Experience in architecture-related design is preferred (e.g., layout of portfolios, competition boards).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Albanian.
