Position Overview
The Architect will contribute to the design and development of architectural projects within a collaborative team environment. This role involves supporting project leaders throughout all design phases, from concept development to construction documentation. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented architect with a passion for design, a strong visual sense, and solid technical abilities. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally while working on diverse and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Documentation
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and translating them into detailed drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using appropriate software.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.
Project Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members across disciplines to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination with consultants.
- Conduct research on materials, regulations, and precedents as needed.
- Assist in revising designs based on feedback and technical considerations.
Quality & Efficiency
- Maintain organized and accurate project files and drawing sets.
- Contribute to efficient production and coordination of architectural deliverables.
- Follow office standards and protocols for drafting, modeling, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in an architecture studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and technical development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction basics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior staff.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian (written and spoken).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure process in progress is a plus.
